[MANGA SKETCH] After Hours

I am getting super sick of waiting for the ideal time to submit a picture without destroying my sleeping cycle, but university finals end on May 7, 2017, and I have been waiting for more than a month for that "perfect time", and it has not come, so whatever, I am submitting this at 1:20 AM, because screw the system! Screw school, screw everyone (please, do not screw everyone)!

Back in senior year of high school, I read this street-fighting manga called Holyland (God dang it, linking it makes me want to read it all over again. I am leaving that manga tab up for myself) about a scrawny kid who ONLY practices fist punches so that he can defend himself from bullying. The only issue is that he was unlucky enough to punch the wrong person, and the street fighting gangs start to think there is a "new fighter" taking over their territory. So to survive, this scrawny kid has to learn kick boxing and street fighting to defend himself. He gets so good that he holds up his own territory, and he starts to consider the streets as his "Holyland". Really impressive level of fighting tips, in addition to diagrams and plot in this manga.

I loved Holyland so much, I started getting into kick boxing in high school, AND I was thiisssss close to going out and trying street fighting myself, but I stopped myself before I got myself into trouble, lol (but the unsuspecting small Asians are the ideal ones to pop out of the bushes and demand a match from strangers)! So I just made a manga sketch instead, and I approve of being an artist who lives one's kick boxing/street fighting dreams through comics/art haha:

After Hours: Hunter is a scholarship medical student who had a history of street fighting to keep "order on the streets" (but also to let out his anger issues - he had a bad/neglectful family when he was little), and even though he has calmed down and is concentrating on school, his justified manner to defend and save people still gets him into trouble. There is a new up and coming gang leader named "Arthur" that people got mixed up with the old masked Hunter from before, and eventually, Hunter and the Arthur meet, and Arthur does not know who Hunter is. He just picks on him and calls him a "prissy honor student". BUT ARTHUR DOES NOT KNOW. That Hunter can make high quality torte cheesecake! 

Await more activity from me in the beginning of May when classes and exams are over (I get a week break, and then BAM! University Summer semester classes ahh)!
